Omar is the senior manager of government relations, leading the association’s advocacy to state and federal policymakers on issues of importance to the optical industry and members. Omar has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from The Ohio State University, and a Masters in elections and campaign management from Fordham University. In his free time, he enjoys reading and gardening.
