Reciprocal Tariff Rates by Country Chart

Following a 6–3 ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court determining that President Donald Trump lacked authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to impose broad global tariffs without congressional approval, all reciprocal tariffs listed below have been deemed invalid and are not being implemented as of February 24, 2026.
