Welcome to the registration page for The Vision Council's Low Vision Prescriber Network.

Our goal is to promote awareness of low vision care to the general public in a variety of ways. One of the most impactful will be a robust Low Vision Prescriber Network that will not only allow patients and caregivers to locate qualified low vision providers, but also allow eye care professionals not offering low vision care the opportunity to refer patients confidently to a vetted network of professionals.
