Executive Summit is The Vision Council’s premier event that aims to illuminate the dynamic changes ahead for the vision community. With a robust schedule of engaging presentations by industry experts and keynote speakers, as well as opportunities to network and connect with industry leaders and executives, this exclusive event sets the tone for a successful year ahead.

Our keynote speakers and panelists will explore how to enhance your business with cutting-edge technology, while keeping human connection at the forefront of your success.

Event Registration
The event is open to both members of The Vision Council and non-members, with members eligible for special pricing.
- Early-Bird Member Price (on or before December 15): $1,500
- Member Price (after December 15): $1,700
- Non-Member Price: $3,000

Pre-Event Networking Opportunities (Select Only One)
We offer plenty of time throughout the Summit to strengthen your connections. Additional networking opportunities are available before the official event begins on Wednesday afternoon. Please note that you can only select ONE pre-event networking opportunity, as these activities overlap. All events below are on Wednesday, January 20.

- Enjoy fellowship on the beautiful La Cantera course, designed by Jay Morrish and PGA professional Tom Weiskopf. This 18-hole, par-72 course blends strategic play with striking elevation and expansive views.

- Join colleagues on the courts for an afternoon in the sun at the La Cantera Resort & Spa!

- Cantina Challenge
- On-site at the La Cantera Resort & Spa, participants will enjoy friendly competition as they play Texas Trivia, sip margaritas (or a mocktail!), and learn how to make delicious guacamole!

- Looking for a Quiet Moment?
- We want you to leave the Executive Summit refreshed and inspired for the New Year. Should time to relax before or between programming be your preference, the La Cantera Resort & Spa is offering attendees exclusive packages at their luxurious spa. Please note that spa services need to be booked directly with the Resort.
Hotel Accommodations
The Summit is being held at the La Cantera Resort & Spa, A Signia Hilton Resort, located in beautiful San Antonio, Texas.
A special nightly room rate of $339 plus tax is available for attendees.
Reservations must be made on or before December 15 to be eligible for the group rate. Please book your hotel room early, as the room block may fill up prior to the registration deadline. Reservations made after the cutoff will be based on availability at then current rates.
Airport Recommendations
We recommend flying into San Antonio International Airport (SAT), located about 15 miles from the La Cantera Resort & Spa. A transportation guide will be provided closer to the event.
Keynote Speakers & Agenda
A comprehensive agenda and lineup of captivating keynote speakers will be released in the coming months, and we are excited to share additional details about our programming. This year’s Executive Summit will feature several insightful keynote presentations on timely and relevant topics, including strengthening connections in a digital age, artificial intelligence, government and regulatory affairs, as well as an industry economic forecast for 2027 and a broad economic outlook.

Cancellation Policy
For planning purposes, particularly regarding food and beverage contracts with the Resort, we are unable to accept cancellation requests after December 15. In the event of an emergency requiring cancellation after December 15, please contact executivesummit@thevisioncouncil.org to discuss the best course of action. Please also note that room cancellations need to be handled directly with the La Cantera Resort & Spa and our subject to the hotel's cancellation policy.
