Tariff Update Webinar - June 2026

In February, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) does not authorize the President to impose tariffs, immediately terminating all IEEPA-based tariffs. The President subsequently imposed a temporary import surcharge of up to 15% for a maximum of 150 days under Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974. With that deadline approaching in late July, the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) announced findings from the Section 301 forced labor investigation and additional tariffs will be implemented in the near future with likely impacts to your business.
