To celebrate National Sunglasses Day, The Vision Council is pleased to share the Focused inSights 2022: Sunglasses Snapshot report as a complimentary download for members. Brought to life every year on June 27, National Sunglasses Day promotes the importance of wearing sunwear to protect the eyes from damage from the sun’s UV rays.

To download the report, visit The Vision Council’s Research Download Center, which has been redesigned to offer a more streamlined and intuitive user experience. The report is the second Focused inSights report from The Vision Council’s recently launched inSights Research Program.

The report includes information on sunglasses use by adults and their children. The poll was conducted in May 2022 among a sample of 2,210 adults representative of the U.S. population 18 years of age and older.
