Executive Summit is The Vision Council’s premier event that aims to illuminate the dynamic changes ahead for the vision community. With a robust schedule of engaging presentations by industry experts and keynote speakers, as well as opportunities to network and connect with industry leaders and executives, this exclusive event sets the tone for a successful year ahead.

This year’s gathering, themed Vision 2030, boasts programming designed to inspire and equip you not only for the coming year, but to streamline your strategy for the next five. You wouldn’t want your optometrist to leave you with 20/30 vision, so don’t approach the future that way either. Join us to sharpen your vision and strengthen your leadership!

Event Registration

The event is open to both members of The Vision Council and nonmembers, with members eligible for special members-only pricing.

• Member: Early Bird Rate of $1300 (cost will increase to $1500 after December 15)
• Nonmember: $3,000
• Spouse/Significant Other (Social events and meals only): $650

Networking Opportunities

Connecting our members to the resources they need is one of our top priorities. We also know that our members, representing a vast network of professionals with varied expertise, are the greatest resources!  That’s why we have networking opportunities throughout the event to strengthen your connections. Additional networking opportunities are available before the official event begins on Monday afternoon. Please note that you can only select one additional networking opportunity, as these activities overlap. All events below are on Monday, January 26. 

• Golf | $250 per person | 8 a.m. Start
• Pickleball | $100 per person | 2-4 p.m.
• Offsite Historic Walking tour with Principal Office Bar Stop | $150 per person | 12:45- 3:45 p.m. (including travel time) 

Hotel Accommodations

The 2026 Executive Summit will take place on Amelia Island at the picturesque Ritz-Carlton, nestled along 13 miles of immaculate shorelines in North Florida. A special room rate of $419 plus resort fee ($30) and tax is available for attendees.

Reservations must be made on or before Monday, December 15, 2025, to be eligible for the group rate. Reservations made after the cutoff will be based on availability at then current rates.

Airport Recommendations

The primary airport for The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island is Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), located about 30 miles southwest of the island, offering a drive of approximately 35 minutes. 

Keynote Speakers and Agenda

This year’s Executive Summit will feature several insightful keynote presentations on timely and relevant topics, including Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Government and Regulatory Affairs, as well as an industry economic forecast for 2026 and a broad economic outlook.
