EPR Requirements Webinar - April 2026

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws are now active in seven states: California, Colorado, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Oregon, and Washington. These laws shift end-of-life packaging responsibility to the producer, including manufacturers and importers. 

The Vision Council will be hosting a webinar with rePurpose, an organization with over ten years of packaging sustainability expertise, on April 16 at 2:00 p.m. ET.
