Contact Lens Subscription Services 2018 Annual Report

Survey to gauge awareness and usage of different contact lens subscription delivery services (Hubble, Lensferry, Simple Contact etc). We inquire about both general awareness of such services and about specific companies and plans by name. Opinions and thoughts about why consumer use CL subscription services, and why others do not use them, are provided by major consumer demographic.
