In the News: Defocus Media - Leadership and the 2023 Executive Summit

On Monday evening, Dr. Darryl Glover of Defocus Media conducted a live interview with Nathan Troxell, The Vision Council’s Director of Business Development & Special Projects, and two active members of The Vision Council – Tim Swartz, Allure Eyewear and Rebecca Giefer, MODO.

During the interview, the panelists explored leadership in the context of the upcoming 2023 Executive Summit.

The participants shared their own journeys to leadership and their advice for up-and-coming leaders, and highlighted what to expect at the 2023 Executive Summit, as well as what both seasoned and aspiring leaders can learn from attending the event.
