In the News: Back to School - NBC Denver, Eye Health and Your Kids
The Vision Council recently collaborated with member company AEG Vision to coordinate a live interview for Dr. Kathryn Lachenman on KUSA-TV, the NBC affiliate in Denver, CO (Market #16), on their mid-morning lifestyle show, Colorado & Company.
During the interview, Dr. Lachenman spoke to the importance of an annual comprehensive eye exam for kids and shared tips on how to get kids excited about wearing glasses. She also shared the signs parents should watch for that could indicate their child needs glasses and mentioned the importance of sunglasses for kids.
