In the News – KATU-TV, Healthy Vision Month
Yesterday evening, Dr. Dora Adamopoulos, one of The Vision Council’s Medical Advisers, appeared on KATU-TV, the ABC affiliate in Portland, OR for a live segment about ways to take care of your overall eye health in honor of Healthy Vision Month.
During the interview, Dr. Adamopoulos shared tips on ways to alleviate the symptoms of digital eye strain, from the 20/20/20 rule to limiting screen time. The interview also stressed the importance of an annual comprehensive eye exam.
